Brief Introduction:

BZDS series Double speed Motor is a kind of composite Motor, which is connected by two conical rotor Motors through the middle of slow device. The one with larger power is main Motor, and the smaller is auxiliary Motor.
When the power of the Main Motor is turned and worked, due to the auxiliary Motor is in the state of braking without power, slow drive does not work, then the spindle of the main output high speed.
Instead, when the auxiliary Motor works, it drives the rotary of the Motor through slow actuating device. The entire organization applies the brakes through the smaller Motor. Then it is transmitted to the spindle of the Main and outputs a lower speed.
This series Motor is generally equipped to explosion-proof with double-speed electric hoist, namely BMD electric hoist, which is used for lifting with double-speed.
Application: This series motor has two speeds: fast and slow. In addition to support electric hoist, but also for applications that require two-speed machine tools, such as lifting and transportation machineries.
This series motors uses 50HZ, 380V power.
Working duty: S3, 25%, the number of starts: 120 times per hour.
Installation: BZDY lifting Motor IMB5, BZDY running Motor IMB14.
Working condition:
Ambient temperature: -20~40ºC, relative humidity less than 85%( 25ºC).
Altitude does not exceed 1000m;
